Noelle Davis, LPCC

Belmar Location

I’m here to help my clients discover how to become the best versions of themselves through empathic listening, transparency, and acceptance. I value working collaboratively with my clients and providing genuine support to help achieve goals and self-growth as well as creating a safe space for everyone to feel heard and seen.

I make it a priority to bring my full, authentic self to each session and I am looking forward to you doing the same. I like to incorporate various counseling methods into each session as I see best fit for the individual, but primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which helps to look at the relationship between our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, and Existential Theory, that’s where my role is to help bring focus to our responsibilities for decision making and help you explore your lived experiences authentically and honestly. Finally I prioritize being trauma-informed and using Person Centered Approach, putting the person first and listening as they know themselves best.

I have experience with the substance-use community working two years in a detox/rehabilitation facility and familiarity with mood/anxiety disorders with experience in clinical outpatient mental health settings. I take pride in being culturally-competent and specializing in working with the LGBTQAI+ community, individuals from diverse backgrounds, and at-risk communities.

When I’m not working, you can find me walking my dog Bruce of whom I have more than enough pictures I am happy to share, watching movies, cheering for the Buffalo Bills, or trying the newest local restaurant as a proud foodie. I grew up in Rochester, NY and lived in Norfolk, VA for a few months, but I am so excited to have made it official and begun my new chapter in fun and vibrant Colorado!
