I enjoy supporting clients make sustainable changes that can benefit them in all their next stages of life. When you work with a therapist that you feel connected to, change can feel achievable.

In therapy with me, you can expect a safe yet brave space that validates and healthily challenges thoughts in order to improve positive feelings. Humor, play and movement are essential parts of my therapy style. I offer individual and family therapy to address concerns with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, behavioral concerns and adjusting to life changes. In order to best meet your needs, I use various therapeutic techniques with a primary focus on trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I believe that with a greater mind-body connection we all have the tools to tolerate challenges and make growth.

Outside of therapy, I love taking walks, being creative and spending time with my family and pets. I was born and raised in Colorado and believe spending time outside is very healing. I love cheese, animals and things that make me laugh. I look forward to building this relationship with you!
