Welcome! I am excited you are here. I work with most ages experiencing a variety of issues. My youngest clients are six and my oldest clients are baby boomers. Each stage of life offers its own unique challenges, and I will work with you to alleviate your symptoms and achieve the goals you have set for yourself. I am competent working with individuals suffering from social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, anger management issues, low self-worth, and abuse. I also work with clients experiencing divorce, break-ups, physical ailments, and life changes.

Couples and pre-marital counseling are other forms of counseling I offer. I can help you communicate better and gain greater emotional intimacy with one another. We will work together to help you establish the relationship you desire. I received my Certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling in May 2023.
