I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with several years of experience in the substance use field. My clinical work has shown me that trauma often serves as a root cause of many challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, identity concerns, and difficulties with self-worth. I approach therapy with the understanding that healing requires not only addressing symptoms but also exploring the underlying experiences that shape how clients see themselves and relate to others.
I emphasize collaboration. I view therapy as a process of working alongside clients to better understand their patterns of behavior, identify strengths, and develop new ways of moving forward. I believe meaningful progress comes from creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged.
Clients often describe me as direct yet supportive—I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, but always with care and respect. Whether we’re working through the aftermath of trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or building coping skills, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered.
