Insurance and Billing

PsychGo accepts most insurance plans including United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem. We also participate in EAP (Employee Assistance Program) plans including but not limited to Lyra, Cigna EAP,  and Optum EAP. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid at this time. 

To inquire about using your specific insurance plan, contact PsychGo's Billing Department at  (303) 954-4052 ext. 106 with your plan details.

Please be sure to search PsychGo in your insurance directory to determine if your insurance is contracted with us. Also, please plan on providing your insurance information and card when calling to set your initial  appointment.  If PsychGo is an in-network provider, we will honor the contracted rate.

Self Pay rates are an option if you do not have services covered by insurance and are as followed:

Intake Appointment $250 $ 210

53-60 minute Counseling Session                   $175 $135

90 minute Couples Session $250 $210

Late Cancel ( less than 24 hr) or No Show $175 $135

Payment:

Payment of copay, deductible, or session fee will be expected the day of the appointment. We accept Cash, Checks, FSA, HSA, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
