I use a non-judgmental approach that values each person as an individual, considering the many factors that can create personal problems, and guides individuals, couples, and families to reach their goal of physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. As a Colorado native with over 15 years in Clinical/Medical Social Work, I have extensive experience and a wide network of referrals/colleagues when additional support is needed (i.e. psychiatrists, attorneys, addiction specialists, senior supports, etc.). I have a strong sense of humor and delight in the little things of life and maintain hope when others cannot.

When not working, I can be found enjoying Colorado’s majesty with my husband and co-therapists (Dancer & Donner), sipping coffee, and spoiling my nieces and nephew. Come pet a fluffy 4-legged therapist (not me, BTW) and enjoy some tea/coffee while we chat awhile…
