Grace Campo

Hi! My name is Grace Campo, and I am currently in graduate school earning my Master’s in Social Work. I serve as an intern here at PsychGo, where I am learning and exploring the kind of therapist I hope to become.

I am deeply interested in the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of who we are. So often, we treat them as separate pieces working against each other, when in reality, they are constantly working with and influencing one another. By recognizing, acknowledging, and getting to know each of these parts, I believe we can more fully understand ourselves and express who we are in our most authentic and raw forms.

My goal as a therapist is to help each of my clients work toward the goals that matter most to them. I strive to approach every person I encounter with unconditional positive regard. That is just a fancy way of saying that I believe every person is inherently worthy and that everyone has a story and a context that shapes the way they experience the world.

I hope to empower my clients to uncover and better understand their own stories, while helping them piece together the parts that may not always make sense. I believe healing should happen on your terms, and I am here to support you and sit with you through every part of that process, both the pretty and the not-so-pretty parts.

Outside of work and school, I’m a lover of sunshine on my skin, moving my body, and finding new and creative ways to have fun. I enjoy dancing, hiking, running, walking, or really anything that gets me moving and laughing...A LOT.
