When anxiety won't quiet down, daily stress feels constant, or your child is facing emotional and school hurdles, it usually means standard routines aren't working anymore. Taking the step to seek support—whether for yourself or your child—is powerful.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. My practice integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strength-based care. Because of my clinical background and extensive experience within school systems, I look at the big picture: helping clients build practical coping mechanisms, understand underlying patterns, and thrive in their everyday environments.
Therapy with me is active, genuine, and grounded in collaboration. Together, we will create a supportive environment where you feel heard, while actively working toward skills and insights that empower you. Let's work together to help you or your child move forward with confidence.
I have my Master in Social Work from Metro State University and am currently attending University of Tennessee-Knoxville working towards my Doctor in Social Work.
