Life can bring overwhelming seasons—whether you're facing burnout, managing a mood disorder, navigating recovery, or simply feeling stuck. I support teens, adults, and seniors as they work through life’s transitions and emotional hurdles.
My foundation as a therapist was built in residential treatment settings, giving me deep experience with complex trauma, substance use, and severe stress disorders. I combine insight-oriented psychodynamic therapy with practical CBT and DBT tools. This hybrid approach helps us unpack deep-seated patterns while equipping you with real-time skills to manage daily life.
I view therapy as a true partnership anchored in trust, honesty, and mutual respect. My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can let go of what’s holding you back and build a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and genuinely yours.
Your past shapes you, but it doesn't have to dictate your future. I provide therapy for individuals from their teenage years into their golden years, helping clients navigate life's toughest challenges—including burnout, anxiety, depression, substance recovery, or simply needing a safe space to process life. With extensive clinical experience in residential treatment, I specialize in mood disorders, addiction, and trauma- and stressor-related challenges. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy with practical CBT and DBT techniques, allowing us to process maladaptive patterns and build healthier, actionable habits. Built on honesty, trust, and collaboration, therapy with me provides a grounded, supportive space to heal past wounds, regain balance, and step into a more fulfilling, authentic life.
I obtained my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
